In 2009, Followmission is one of the fewer professional services organizations which could hold seminars on Customs consultancy services monthly in China. This presented our concentration, effort and ability. So far, we have already completed the seminar plan published at the very beginning of this year. To foster the development of Hong Kong as a wine trading and distribution hub in Asia, the Customs and Excise Department (C & ED) of Hong Kong and the General Administration of Customs (GAC) of the Mainland signed on 9 February 2010 the ”Co-operation Arrangement on Customs Facilitation Measures for Wine Entering the Mainland through Hong Kong” (”Customs Facilitation Agreement”) to expedite customs clearance of wine imported into the Mainland through Hong Kong. The Agreement has been implemented as a pilot in Shenzhen since June 15th 2010.
